Returns & Exchanges

At Surf Shack South, we want you to be completely stoked with your gear. If your new board or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it remains in unused, seaworthy condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandizing Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective padding is used for hardware like fins or boards to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit our coastal storefront for an immediate drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear to ensure it hasn't hit the water, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
