How do you ship surfboards to ensure they don't break?
We use specialized heavy-duty reinforced boxing and double-layer bubble wrap for all board shipments. Every board is insured, so if any damage occurs during transit, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
What is your return policy on wetsuits?
Wetsuits can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand-new condition with tags attached and have not been used in the water. We recommend trying them on at home first to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you offer international shipping for gear?
Yes, Surf Shack South ships accessories and apparel worldwide. However, due to size restrictions and high freight costs, surfboard shipping is currently limited to the continental United States and Canada.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after the package leaves our warehouse.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Affirm for high-performance equipment.
Are the colors of the surfboards exactly as shown on the website?
We strive for 100% accuracy, but because many of our boards feature hand-glassed resins and unique tints, slight variations in color and pattern may occur, making your board one-of-a-kind.
